These two were such an awesome couple with a great vibe and a fun crowd all night. I love weddings where I can really lock in and match the couple’s energy. Lately I’ve been intentional about that, even if it means taking on fewer weddings. The vibe has to be right!

I’ve had the opportunity to DJ their tenant events year after year. For me, it’s about understanding the audience, reading the room, and creating the right energy. Consistency across every aspect of the business is what turns one-time gigs into long-term partnerships.

I’m just happy that at my age I can still DJ a high school HOCO all by myself, set up, break down, DJ, and MC, and still rock a crowd off a strict playlist. There were only a few bangers on their playlist but I still had these teens lit. Just heard from a school administrator that the kids loved what I did and want me to keep coming back! Lessgo MVHS 🔥

Another beautiful wedding in the books. I partnered with @owlvisionllc one of the premier audio-visual event production companies in the SF Bay Area, who set me up with top-of-the-line speakers and had their lighting operator gas me up. This was truly one of the dopest small weddings I’ve ever DJed.

Starting to get why golf’s such a popular pastime among my family and friends. Out in nature, zoning out, stress gone. I don’t even play, but DJing while folks hit balls was super relaxing. Had the pleasure of DJing AJ & Rachel’s wedding this weekend. Crazy to think they booked me just a month ago while I was still in Japan on vacation. I kept the process super easy for them, helped with the timeline, picked out music together, and made sure everything was stress free.

Only about 30 guests, but the dance floor stayed busy all night. Fun, easy crowd that came ready to party. I went from hip hop, R&B, funk, soul, K-pop, Latin, to Punjabi music—had everyone lit!🔥 #bayareaweddingdj

The wedding ended up being extended an extra hour, and thanks to my mobile ceremony setup, I was able to move everything indoors during dinner. This event was so dope! My daughter Gigi is part of the @needtobelievefoundation free special needs Jiu Jitsu program at MA Academy in Newark, led by 4th-degree black belt Black Belt @mauricioalonso_80 . This past Sunday, we linked up with the Koffee Krew for their biggest open mat yet over 200 people from different academies came out to roll. They invited our program and had me DJ the event, so I dropped 90s hip hop, West Coast, and boom bap while the mats stayed busy. We also got to share information about our program, connect with the community, and raise funds to help keep the program going strong. Big love to @thekoffeekrew and the Bay Area Jiu Jitsu community for all the support. Can’t wait for next year!
